Two piece cast grip with vine decoration in relief. Quillons have a pronounced bend toward the blade.
A shallow fuller on both sides of the upper third of the blade, and a cross within a circle with remnants of brass inlays on the obverse side. A Venetian officer's sword with a dragon head pommel, 16th century Older Gothic blade from the 14th/15th century used to make this later sword.
